HDS designed and installed a heated ramp system with 3 x 4455w HDS outdoor heating mats fitted to a tarmac base, creating 2 x 1.2m wide and 15m long heated wheel tracks, before being covered with 50mm tarmac.
The system is controlled by a HDS fully automatic ice and snow melting controller using temperature and moisture sensors.
