HDS designed and installed a heated road system with 4 bespoke HDS outdoor heating mats, to create 2 x 50m long and 0.6mm wide heated wheel tracks fitted onto a tarmac base and covered with 50mm surface coat tarmac.
The system is controlled by a HDS fully automatic ice and snow melting controller using temperature and moisture sensors.
